There is not a menu posted. Here is the list from last year. It should be very similar.Some of our delicious buffet brunch items are: Hash Browns Au Gratin, Bacon and Sausage Links, Fresh Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce, Honey Glazed Ham, Roast Leg of Lamb (chef carved), Prime Rib (chef carved), Chicken Marsala, Seafood St. James, Eggs Continental (an egg casserole made with eggs, cheese, mushrooms, onions, mayo, sour cream, and seasonings on a bed of crushed corn flakes),Eggs Benedict, Omelettes made to order, Belgian Waffles, and Betty’s French Toast.
